Must-see in Kuala Lumpur: The Sultan Abdul Samad building

Must-see in Kuala Lumpur: The Sultan Abdul Samad building. It was constructed in 1897 and designed by a British architect, A.C. Norman. He took into consideration some of the features of buildings in several Islamic countries.
This is located in front of the Dataran Merdeka Square and the Royal Selangor Club, Jalan Raja, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

Cambodian cuisine is a must-taste!

Must-taste: Fish amok - is a fish mousse with fresh coconut milk and kroeung, a type of Khmer curry paste made from lemongrass, turmeric root, garlic, shallots, galangal and fingerroot, or Chinese ginger. 

Khmer cuisine or, commonly known as Cambodian cuisine, is the traditional cuisine of the people of Cambodia. Average meals typically consists of more than one dish and ideally contrasts flavours, textures and temperatures within the meal using plenty of herbs, leaves, pickled vegetables, dipping sauces, edible flowers and other garnishes and condiments.Our tour guide/driver took us to this awesome local restaurant serving fish amok!

Believe me, it's delicious! Bulca chong- a davao specialty

Must-taste: Bulca Chong - a Davao specialty. This dish is a cross between bulalo (beef dish with light colored soup) and balbacua (slow-cooked oxtail in a peanut sauce). It is made of carabao (water buffalo) meat. Yum!
